§ 3-3-5-6. REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOWING SERVICES.
   The City shall issue a request for proposals ("RFP") pursuant to I.C. 5-22-9 et seq. to solicit businesses to provide bids for towing services. RFPs for towing services should be issued by the City every 24 months beginning in January 2020.
