§ 3-3-5-1. ABANDONED VEHICLES A NUISANCE.
   (A)   Abandoned vehicles are hereby declared a nuisance and a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Lawrence.
   (B)   The vehicles shall be removed in compliance with the procedures outlined herein, as derived from the Indiana Abandoned Motor Vehicles law, I.C. 9-22-1 et seq.
