§ 3-3-2-8. LOUDSPEAKERS.
   The use of any drum, loudspeaker or other instrument or device to transmit voice, sound or music for the purpose of attracting attention to any performance, show or sale or display of merchandise, or for any other reason, is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
