§ 3-3-2-2. PLAYING RADIO OR OTHER DEVICE OR INSTRUMENT.
   The playing of any radio, phonograph or any musical instrument, with volume so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of any person in any residence, business, office, hospital, hotel or other private or public building or of any person in the vicinity is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
