§ 3-3-2-1. UNNECESSARY NOISES PROHIBITED.
   Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the creating of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise within the limits of the City of Lawrence is prohibited and is hereby declared a nuisance. The enumeration of specific loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises in the following sections shall not be deemed to be exclusive.
