§ 3-3-1-27. PENALTIES.
   The owner of any animal found at large or in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be punished by fines with respect to each animal as follows:
   (A)   First offense - $25;
   (B)   Second offense - $75; and
   (C)   Subsequent offenses - $150.
