§ 3-2-5-1. SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNALS AND REGULATIONS.
   Pedestrians and bicyclists shall be subject to traffic-control signals when present and operating, and they are otherwise subject to the traffic laws of the state and traffic regulations of the city.
