§ 3-1-4-3. NON-REVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   The special non-reverting operating fund known as the Lawrence Fire Department Emergency Medical Service Operating Fund shall be and remain in effect.
   (B)   The City Controller shall be the custodian of this Fund and shall maintain all records for the Fund.
   (C)   All payments received by the City Controller for fees incurred under this chapter shall be deposited into this Fund.
