§ 3-1-2-14. ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER; APPOINTMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   An Animal Control Officer, who may be a civilian employee, shall be appointed by the Chief of Police, subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (B)   The Animal Control Officer shall pick up, detain and dispose of animals under the supervision of the Humane Officer.
