§ 1-2-8-11. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety may adopt and from time to time amend rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter in order to implement and carry out the terms and provisions of this chapter and to provide for the administrative and operational details and processes by which the terms and provisions of this chapter are accomplished.
