§ 1-2-8-9. DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS AND RECORDS.
   All personnel, including sworn police and fire personnel, civil employees and elected officials who drive or operate municipally owned or leased automobiles and vehicles and all self-propelled apparatus and equipment must have a valid Indiana operator’s or other appropriate or required driver’s license as applicable to the particular vehicle and function and shall be required to provide to the City Controller’s Office, at the beginning of their employment or duties and at least biennially thereafter, a certified report of their driving history and record from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
