A Division of Motor Vehicle Management shall be, and it is hereby, created and established within and as a part of the Department of Public Works and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Works. The Division of Motor Vehicles shall be responsible for vehicle and fleet oversight, management and maintenance, useful life and service projections, depreciation management, determining values, mileage tracking and inventory tracking.
