§ 1-2-7-3. ADMINISTRATION OF ORDINANCE VIOLATION BUREAU.
   The City Controller and the staff of the City Controller, as agents of the City Controller, shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations and payment of civil penalties in the amount and for the violations as provided in this chapter.
