§ 1-2-5-15. GROUP INSURANCE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The City may contract for group health, accident and life insurance on behalf of its employees. The City may pay part of the group health or accident insurance, but shall pay a part of the cost of the group life insurance.
   (B)   The specific types and amounts of coverage for City employees and the amounts of contribution by the City shall be as determined from time to time by the Common Council.
   (C)   The City may withhold or cause to be withheld from participating employees’ wages or salaries whatever part of the cost of the plan the employees are required to pay.
