§ 1-2-3-3. ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   All standing and special boards, committees or agencies shall consist of three members each, including the Chairperson, unless the Common Council or statute provides otherwise.
   (B)   All the boards, committees or agencies shall be appointed by the Mayor, unless the Common Council or statute provides otherwise.
