§ 1-2-3-1. STANDING ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES.

   The following are the standing administrative agencies for the City and shall act for and on behalf of the City in accordance with their duties as prescribed by statute:

   (A)   Board of Public Works and Safety;

   (B)   Board of Parks and Recreation;

   (C)   Board of Zoning Appeals;

   (D)   Economic Development Commission;

   (E)   Redevelopment Commission; and

   (F)   Utility Service Board.
