§ 1-1-3-8. DEPARTMENT OF LAW.
   (A)   A Department of Law is hereby established which shall be headed by the Corporation Counsel, as prescribed by I.C. 36-4-9-11.
   (B)   Personnel of the Corporation Counsel’s office are included within the Department of Law.
   (C)   The Department of Law shall be responsible for carrying out the powers and duties prescribed by I.C. 36-4-9-12 and all other powers and duties prescribed by statute pertaining to the Corporation Counsel.
