§ 1-1-3-3. BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT.
   The government of the City of Lawrence shall consist of the executive branch, established pursuant to I.C. 36-4-4 and 36-4-5, and the legislative branch, established pursuant to I.C. 36-4-4 and 36-4-6.
