(A) If an emergency meeting is called to deal with actual or threatened injury to person or property or disruption of any governmental activity, then no time requirements apply to notice for the meeting.
(B) News media which have requested notice shall be given the same notice as is given to members of the public body.
(C) Public notice shall be posted on the bulletin board of the government building for the City of Lawrence and, if the meeting is to be held elsewhere, at the building where the meeting is to be held.
