§ 1-1-2-7. OPEN MEETINGS.
   All public agency meetings shall comply with the requirements of the Indiana Open Door Law, I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 et seq. All meetings of the Common Council, City boards, commissions and administrative agencies shall be open to the public, except for executive sessions as defined in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1.
