§ 1-1-2-4. REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   A condition for obtaining and maintaining a City license for any business or pursuit for which the license is required by this code shall be compliance with the laws of the United States, the states and the ordinances of the City of Lawrence relating to the business or pursuit.
   (B)   After a hearing as provided in I.C. 36-4-5-5, the Mayor shall have the authority to revoke any permit or license issued under this code to any person, firm or corporation, upon the showing of a conviction of that person, firm, corporation or principal or part owner of any business holding the permit or license for violation of any criminal statute of any state or the United States.
   (C)   Likewise, if the Mayor finds that the license holder or any employee thereof has willfully violated a term or condition of his or her license, or has willfully done or permitted to be done an act in violation of a statute or City ordinance relating to the business licensed, the Mayor may revoke or suspend the license.
   (D)   Where the license of any person has been revoked, the revocation of the license will extend to all other persons who hold an ownership interest in, are employed by or otherwise financially interested in the licensed person or business so long as the individuals whose actions precipitated the revocation are themselves owners of, employed by or otherwise financially interested in the licensed person or business.
