§ 1-1-1-9. DISTRIBUTION.

   (A)   When this code is published, printed copies thereof shall be delivered to the City Clerk who shall deliver one copy to each of the following:

      (1)   The Mayor;

      (2)   Each member of the Common Council;

      (3)   The head of each department of the City;

      (4)   Each City commission or board;

      (5)   Each middle school library within the City of Lawrence, Lawrence North High School library and Lawrence Central High School library;

      (6)   The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library;

      (7)   The prosecuting attorney for Marion County;

      (8)   The Small Claims Court of Marion County, Lawrence Division;

      (9)   The Marion Superior Court; and

      (10)   The Marion Circuit Court.

   (B)   Any additional copies of this code shall be safely kept by the City Clerk and shall be sold by the City Clerk to anyone, upon request, at a price per volume to be determined by the City Controller.

   (C)   The Common Council may, in its discretion, as a courtesy to other municipalities, courts, public bodies or libraries, present copies of the Lawrence Municipal Code and supplements thereto in that manner as the Common Council may deem suitable or by reciprocal agreement for free exchange with other municipalities.
