Appropriate agencies and departments of the city shall inspect or cause to be inspected within twenty four (24) working hours, if requested by the subdivider, all buildings, fire hydrants and water supply systems, as well as sewage disposal and flood control systems during the course of construction, installation or repair. Excavations for installation of fire hydrants and water, flood control, and storm drainage systems shall be approved by the city engineer and/or building inspector, public works director and/or fire chief. If any such excavation and installation is covered and buried before being inspected and approved, it shall be uncovered after notice to uncover has been issued to the responsible person by the LaVerkin City representative.
