Fees to cover administrative costs, plat reviews, walk-through inspections, punch lists, utilities and infrastructure, etc., shall be established by resolution and may be changed from time to time. The amount of fees assessed shall correspond to fees in existence on the date the approval or action is sought, and shall not relate back to the date of the original application.
