The planning commission, the city council and such other persons, departments and agencies of the city as are designated by the city council are hereby authorized as the agencies charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this subdivision title. Failure of such departments to pursue appropriate legal remedies shall not legalize any violation of such provisions. (Ord. 2006-26, 8-2-2006)
