Work is fully completed when LaVerkin City considers the work, or portion thereof, ready for its intended use.
A. The contractor shall certify in writing to the LaVerkin City representative that the work, or portion thereof, has been completed in accordance with the submitted documents.
B. A final inspection as outlined below shall be made by the LaVerkin City representative, upon receipt of a written request by the contractor.
C. The contractor shall include, in such written certification, if applicable, a list of any work deficiencies.
D. Within ten (10) days after LaVerkin City's representative receives the contractor's certification and list of work deficiencies, the representative will issue written notice either accepting the work as fully completed or stating reasons why the work is not fully completed.
