9-3-5: BONDS AND INSURANCE:
When the contractor delivers the executed agreement to LaVerkin City, he shall also deliver such bonds and insurance certificates as required by the city. (Ord. 2006-22, 7-5-2006; amd. Ord. 2007-24, 8-15-2007)
