No work shall be done at the site prior to receipt of the notice to proceed. The contractor shall provide a contact office and telephone number. If contact office is greater than fifty (50) miles from the job site and if required by LaVerkin City or if desired by the contractor, the contractor shall provide a temporary field office near the project. This office shall be in such a location that LaVerkin City's representative may contact the contractor for transmittal of plans, instructions, and dissemination of project information.
