A. Before the contractor starts the work at the site, the contractor will attend a conference with LaVerkin City's representative and others:
1. To discuss the work progress schedule,
2. To designate the name of the individual who shall have the authority to act for the contractor at all times while work is in progress, and
3. To establish a working understanding among the parties as to the work.
B. When the contractor is comprised of two (2) or more persons, firms, partnerships or corporations functioning on a joint venture basis, before starting work, the contractor shall designate in writing the name of a representative who shall have the authority to represent and act for the joint venture persons, firms, partnerships or corporations at all times while work is actually in progress.
