9-1A-4: RULES OF CONDUCT:
The board of appeals shall:
   A.   Adopt reasonable rules and policies for conducting their investigations, meetings, and business.
   B.   Hold such meetings or hearings as may be necessary and prudent to carry out the intent of this chapter.
   C.   Strictly respect the procedural and substantive due process rights of the persons and entities that appear before it in connection with an appeal, and follow and adhere to the provisions of the applicable municipal ethics codes, privacy and records management acts, and open meetings laws of the city and the state of Utah.
   D.   Render, in writing and in a prompt and timely manner, its decisions and findings to the building official and appellant. (Ord. 2013-02, 2-6-2013)
