A. International Swimming Pool And Spa Code: The City hereby adopts the 2015 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code ("ISPSC") as a code for LaVerkin City for regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, alteration, quality of materials, location, movement, renovation, replacement, repair and maintenance of aquatic recreation facilities, pools, and spas, to meet minimum acceptable levels to provide a reasonable level of safety and protection of health, property and public welfare.
