International Existing Building Code: The city hereby adopts the 2021 edition of the international existing building code (“IEBC”) as a code for LaVerkin City for regulating and providing flexibility with regards to the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition to and relocation of existing buildings, to meet minimum acceptable levels to safeguard the public health, safety and welfare. (Ord. 2019-07, 8-7-2019; amd. Ord. 2024-06, 2-21-2024)
