A. The "Rules Of Operation Of Ash Creek Special Service District", dated April 23, 2009, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein and by this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth, is hereby approved and adopted by the city and incorporated into the rules, regulations and ordinances of the city.
B. The approval and adoption of said rules of operation, in subsection A of this section, shall specifically include the following exhibits and schedules: 1) exhibit A: capital facilities plan and development impact fee analysis (October 2006); 2) exhibit B: construction standards for Ash Creek special service district (May 28, 2009); 3) schedule I: surcharge rate structure; 4) schedule II: monthly rate schedule; and 5) impact fee schedule.
