Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine. Failure to pay the fine imposed within fourteen (14) days after the violation shall result in imposition of an increased penalty in addition to the above fine. Any fine not paid within thirty (30) days after issuance will result in a further penalty. All fines and penalties will be established by resolution of the City Council and may be changed from time to time. (Ord. 2004-07, 3-3-2004)
