No person shall park, stand, stop, or operate a vehicle upon any roadway, parking lot or area abutting any roadway within the City (except driveways located on private property) for the principal purpose of:
A. Displaying such vehicle for sale, except in a licensed auto sales lot;
B. Greasing, repairing or servicing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
C. Displaying or advertising any matter; or
D. Selling food or any other merchandise. (Ord. 2004-07, 3-3-2004)
