Any person, firm, or corporation violating: a) the date and time restrictions for discharging fireworks, as set forth in section 4-9-3 of this chapter, shall be guilty of an infraction; and b) any other provision of this chapter, or the provisions of section 53-7-226, Utah Code Annotated (1953, as amended), shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
