4-9-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:
This chapter shall be known and cited as the RESTRICTION ON FIREWORKS IN THE CITY OF LAVERKIN. The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the discharge of fireworks in all areas within the city of LaVerkin. (Ord. 2006-29, 8-16-2006)
