4-1-3-7: POLICIES FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE:

   A.   Violation;

   B.   Notice;

   C.   Request for hearing by violator within twenty (20) days of notice, or if no hearing request - enforcement;

   D.   Notice of hearing sent to violator;

   E.   Hearing before city council within ten (10) days of notice;

   F.   Written decision by council - between five (5) and ten (10) days after hearing;

   G.   Compliance by violator within ten (10) days of decision (can be extended to 30 days);

   H.   Enforcement (criminal action, civil action or abatement of nuisance by city). (Ord. 2001-04, 5-16-2001)
