4-1-3-3: FAILURE TO COMPLY; ABATEMENT BY CITY:
If any owner, occupant or other person having an interest in the land in question shall fail or neglect to conform to the requirements of the nuisance inspector's original notice, or the written decision of the city council if a hearing is held, within the date fixed for the compliance, which is the time limit specified in said notice/written decision and in this chapter, relating to the eradication of any nuisance, including destruction or removal of such weeds, garbage, refuse, objects or structures, the nuisance inspector may employ all necessary assistance to cause such objectionable objects or conditions to be removed or destroyed at the expense of the owner. The owner's failure to eradicate the nuisance by the date fixed for compliance shall constitute a waiver and consent by him that thereafter the city and its agents may freely enter onto his property to correct the condition.
