3-11-10: ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS:
   A.   License: No transient lodging facility may operate or continue operating without a current and valid business license from the city, issued pursuant to the rules, regulations, and procedures of chapter 1 of this title and this chapter.
   B.   Inspections: Each transient lodging facility, and associated personnel, shall comply and cooperate with any fire, land use, code enforcement, building, health, or other inspection conducted by municipal officials, with or without notice.
   C.   Disclosure Of Available Rooms: The owner, manager, and/or attendant of any transient lodging facility shall, at the time of licensing and upon request, disclose to the business license officer, code enforcement officer, and/or law enforcement personnel the current number of rooms available and/or held out for public accommodation.
   D.   Guest Registers: The guest register for the transient lodging facility shall be kept current and shall be made available for inspection by city officials and law enforcement officers, upon request and in accordance with applicable law and procedure.
   E.   Duty To Report: Any owner, manager, and/or attendant of any transient lodging facility shall promptly report to the proper authorities any violation(s) of law or municipal ordinance which (he or she has reason to believe) is being or has been committed on the premises.
