3-11-5: PLUMBING:
   A.   All plumbing in any transient lodging facility shall comply with the provisions of the currently adopted and applicable state and local plumbing codes.
   B.   The adequacy of plumbing fixtures shall be determined by the stricter of the following: adopted plumbing codes, local ordinance, or tables I and II of rule 392-502-5, UAC, as amended.
   C.   All restrooms shall be conveniently located.
   D.   Plumbing fixtures which normally require water for their operation shall be supplied with an adequate potable water supply under pressure; and facilities should be provided with hot water as required.
   E.   Wherever toilet facilities for males and females are located in the same building, and adjacent to each other, they shall be separated by sound resistant wall. Direct line of sight to each restroom shall be obstructed.
   F.   Soap and toilet tissue in suitable dispensers and individual towels or other approved hand drying facilities and suitable waste receptacles with lids shall be provided in each restroom. (Ord. 2013-09, 7-17-2013)
