A. It shall be the duty of each person operating a transient lodging facility to carry out and conform to the provisions of this chapter. Such person should also have the duty of controlling the conduct of occupants (also known herein as "guests" or "patrons") to this end, and shall make at least one daily inspection of the area for these purposes.
B. Transient lodging facility sites shall be constructed to provide adequate surface drainage and shall be isolated from any existing or potential health hazard or nuisance.
C. All applicable local and state building, zoning, electrical, health, and fire codes, and all local ordinances shall be complied with. (Ord. 2013-09, 7-17-2013)
