3-9-2: LEVY OF TAX:
There is hereby levied a municipal telecommunications license tax on the gross receipts from telecommunications service attributed to LaVerkin City (otherwise known as the gross receipts attributed to the municipality). (Ord. 2007-22, 7-18-2007)
