For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
RECREATIONAL LODGING UNITS: Each site in a campground, which is issued a business license by LaVerkin City, and provides water, sewer, and electrical hookups; or a recreational vehicle park that provides water, sewer, and electrical hookups.
RENTS: Include rental fee collected, or timeshare fees or dues.
STANDARD LODGING UNIT: Each bedroom in:
A. Motels.
B. Hotels.
C. Inns.
D. Bed and breakfast establishments.
E. Condominiums:
1. That are part of a rental pool; or
2. That are regularly rented out for a time period of less than thirty (30) consecutive days.
F. Property used as a residence:
1. That is part of a rental pool; or
2. That is regularly rented out for a time period of less than thirty (30) consecutive days.
TRANSIENT: A person who occupies a public accommodation or recreational lodging unit for less than thirty (30) days.
TRANSIENT ROOM: Any public accommodation or recreational lodging unit, which is provided for rent for less than thirty (30) days. (Ord. 2005-16, 5-4-2005)
