3-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 90-01, 2-7-1990; amd. 1998 Code)
