3-2-16: PENALTY:

In addition to the suspension or revocation of a license authorized by this chapter, the licensee or any other person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
