5-2-11: WASTE MATTER:
No animal owner or custodian shall permit an animal to deposit solid waste matter on any property other than his or her own. It shall be a defense to this section if the animal owner or custodian immediately removes the solid waste. (Ord. 1993-7, 12-9-1993)
