A. Prohibited: No owner or custodian shall permit his or her animal to utter frequent or long continued noise which unreasonably disturbs or annoys a person who lives or is in close proximity to the location of such animal.
B. Second Conviction: Upon the second misdemeanor conviction for allowing the same animal to utter long continued noise, the court shall order the impoundment and disposal of such animal. (Ord. 1993-7, 12-9-1993)
