5-1-4: CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN PUBLIC PARKS:
It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person to consume beer, wine, or intoxicating liquor while occupying or traveling upon any street, highway, vehicular way, pedestrianway, public parking lot or other thoroughfare open to the public. (Ord. 1983-4, 8-10-1983)
