A. Adoption: There is hereby adopted by the city, Idaho Code title 18, crimes and punishments, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk-treasurer for public inspection.
B. Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, or the statutes adopted herein, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2007 Code)
